CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCH

We look forward to welcoming you with our indulgent Christmas 5-course meal or our fabulous range of party food. Enjoy local, fresh food this festive season from our kitchen.

£100 per adult, £50 per child. We ask for a £45 deposit per person for dining with us on Christmas Day which is fully refundable up to the 10th of December, call us on 01252 622 516 to book.

Starters

  • Ultimate French Onion Soup

    Classic French onion soup with a rich flavour.

  • Lobster Martini

    Green olives, quail egg, cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, chilli flakes and vodka.

  • Beef Carpaccio

    Seared beef fillet with olive oil, dijon mustard, fresh thyme, garlic and crushed peppercorn. Served with rocket leaves and shaved parmesan.

  • Duck Liver

    Crushed red peppercorn, miso sauce, roasted cajun, brioche bread topped with cranberry sauce, coriander.

  • Buratta & Peach

    Drizzled with olive oil, pomegranate balsamic, pomegranate & micro salad leaves.

Mains

  • Traditional Roast Turkey

    Served with all the trimmings.

  • Beef Fillet Rossini

    8oz beef fillet, crusted bread, duck liver pate, black truffle pate with red wine jus.

  • Mediterranean Halibut

    Pan seared halibut fillet on top of carrots, courgettes with garlic butter, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes, olives, fresh parsley sauce.

  • Pistachio-crusted Lamb Racks

    Oven baked rack of lamb coated with pistachio and parmesan, served with crushed baby potatoes and smoked aubergine puree, red wine jus.

  • Herbs de Provence Aubergine (vegan by request)

    Oven baked aubergine topped with goat cheese, served on bed of orzo with asparagus and sweetcorn with herbs de provence.

Dessert

    Served with brand custard.

    Baby prawns in cocktail sauce, fresh lettuce on white bread.

    Deep fried, served with cranberry sauce.

    Pan fried in white wine garlic butter sauce, served with toasted bread.

    Grilled chicken breast in a white wine, mushroom and creamy sauce. Served with sauté potatoes & seasonal vegetables.

  • Sea Bass Fillet with Tiger Prawns

    Fresh seabass fillet and tiger prawns pan fried, served with new potatoes, mix roasted vegetables and spinach in a sauce with white wine, garlic butter.

  • Sirloin Steak (10 oz)
